Monolith makes one camera, with one lens, for photographers who distrust marketing. The store had to feel like a darkroom, not a checkout.
A product‑first store with interactive 3D, spec pages written like field notes, and a checkout reduced to three quiet steps.
Conversion grew 2.4× year over year, and returns fell to the lowest rate in the company’s history.
